At Ladies In Power, we want to make sure your order arrives quickly and safely.
- Physical Products (Kits, Journals, etc.):
Processing Time: 2–3 business days.
Shipping Options: Standard (5–7 business days) and expedited (2–3 business days).
Damaged Orders: If your order arrives damaged, email support@ladiesinpower.org within 7 days with your order number and photos so we can assist.
Digital Products (eBooks, Guides, Downloads):
Digital products are delivered instantly via email once your payment is confirmed.
If you don’t see your download link right away, please check your spam or promotions folder.
Digital products do not require shipping and will not be mailed.
Returns & Refunds
Your satisfaction matters to us.
Physical Products:
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in their original packaging.
To start a return, contact support@ladiesinpower.org with your order number. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.
Exchanges are available if the item is in stock.
Digital Products:
All digital products (ebooks, downloads, and templates) are final sale and non-refundable once delivered.
If you experience issues accessing your download, email us at support@ladiesinpower.org and we’ll ensure you receive your product.
